Electric Motorsport

Williams Advanced Engineering was a foundation technical partner for Formula E and the company's batteries powered the first four seasons of racing at a better than 99.5% on-track reliability rate. The company continues its work in Formula E as a technical partner to the Panasonic Jaguar Racing team.

In addition, as the 'go-to' organisation for the electrification of motorsport, the company was chosen to power the electrification of the World Rallycross Championship (a move since postponed by the organisers), Extreme E electric SUV racing in inhospitable climates and the world's first multi-brand electric touring car racing series.
